Golf Carts in Destin, FL

At Seaside Golf Cart Rentals, all of our golf carts are Brand New Street Legal 2022 EZ Go Gas Golf Carts. Our carts use gas just like a car and we have 6-passenger and 4-passenger carts available. 

  • We deliver your freshly cleaned golf cart to your location, ready to go, with a full tank of gas, and pick up the golf cart at the end of your rental period.
  • Seaside Golf Carts use unleaded gas just like a car and can be filled up at any gas station.
  • Seaside Golf Carts are street legal and can be driven on streets with speed limits marked 35 miles per hour or less.

Golf Cart Rules and Regulations

Golf carts are delivered by 3:00 pm on the day of drop-off. Golf carts are picked up as early as 6:00 am on the day of pick-up.

  • Golf carts are rented by the night and a three (3) night minimum is required.
  • Golf carts are prohibited from being rented inside the Sandestin Resort, Seaside, Destin Pointe, Watercolor, Destiny by the Sea, Mainsail, Maravilla, Rue Caribe, and Grand Caribbean. Please check with the property manager of your vacation home or condo before booking.
  • The Renter’s auto insurance is the primary insurance for liability and damages to a person or cart. The Renter is liable for any and all liability, damages to the cart, or injuries to a person while operating the cart.
  • The Renter must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and credit card.
  • ALL DRIVERS of the cart must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid driver’s license.
  • Golf carts are registered motor vehicles and all traffic laws and rules of the road apply and must be followed while operating the golf cart.
  • Drivers must not operate golf carts under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Golf carts are legal on streets marked 35 MPH or less.
